Both federal law and California state law provide some legal protections that enable parents to know what is being taught to their child and to have their child excused from certain objectionable topics. Parents have the right to inspect all instructional materials and to receive notification before comprehensive sex education is taught to their child. To learn about what is taught in the Sex Ed Agenda, see https://www.capitolresource.org/sex-ed. For more information and to get the Opt Out form online, go to https://capitolresource.org/resources/.
