Aperol spritz
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz soda water
- Orange slice
A few notes on making this:
- I don’t have many notes on this except to say make it in whatever proportion you prefer. It’s a low ABV drink that you can enjoy slowly during the day, or as an aperitivo before a meal.
- Use a large wine glass and lots of ice
- Sip through a straw, if you prefer.
Directions:
- Fill a large wine glass generously with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz Aperol
- Add 3 oz Prosecco
- Top up with 1oz soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of orange.
