Southside Baptist Church Sunday, June 19, 2016 Pastor Bishop Helsley Matthew 24:1-14
Summary: As we continue to explore the idea of Gospel centered faith, we take a moment to consider those believers who are waiting for the end times. As Jesus teaches the disciples about the end, he reminds them that what matters is not the when and where of how things are going to happen, but what matters is if we are living in obedience to God and sharing the Gospel with others until that day comes.

The church sees, therefore is resonsible The church has authority, therefore must act The church has the message, therefore must spread it The church has a deadline, therefore must be urgent The church has the Holy Spirit, therefore is able to go in power
There are two resurrections recorded in Scripture that impact every person who has ever lived on earth. Everyone will be in one of these two resurrections.
God has a book in which he has recorded the name of every person who will ever live. Only those whose names are found written in this book at the final judgment will escape the second death, the lake of fire.
