Yes There Really Is True Religion... Are You Extreme Enough For It? - KLPTV.ORG

Yes Virginia, there really is a true religion. "So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls. But don't just listen to God's word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. For if you listen to the word and don't obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like. But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don't forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it. If you claim to be religious but don't control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and your religion is worthless. Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you." [James 1:21-27 (NLT)]

Our future is dark because so many Christians refuse to even take their responsibility to vote for righteous and just leaders. "Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men." [Matthew 5:13] For evil to prevail all it takes is indifference.

Why The Church Desperately Needs Women of Faith Today - KLPTV.ORG

[3] the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things-- [4] that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, [5] to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed. Titus 2:3-5

The reason for such high standards of moral character and life style is the great need for spiritual grandmothers! Notice in verse four that the mature Christian women are to focus on and take responsibility to pour out their lives into the younger Christian women and disciple them. This is not a small task. "Teachers of good things" encompasses raising girls and young women in all aspects of Christian life. The weight of female discipleship training rests on the shoulders of the church's spiritual ladies, not the male pastor!

"Now she who is really a widow, and left alone, trusts in God and continues in supplications and prayers night and day. [6] But she who lives in pleasure is dead while she lives. [7] And these things command, that they may be blameless." 1 Tim 5:5-7

The Evidence Of God's Hand on His People is Grace - KLPTV.ORG

The Lord releases grace as a river of life pushing and shoving us to holiness and freedom from sin. Grace is the release of God's power inside each believer causing, first desires to obey and serve Him, and secondly power to fulfill His will. "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me" 2 Cor 12:9 (KJV). Before salvation, "sin has reigned unto death," but in Christ, "even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 5:21 (KJV) "... it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure." Phil 2:13 (NKJV)

"We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him." 1 John 5:18 (NKJV)

God's hand is upon His true children and they are radically changed from His power of new birth. The sincere religious people who attend church meetings or just live their lives, falsely believing they have a relationship with God, are exposed by the fact they still live in sin, instead of experiencing God's heavy hand of Fatherhood and the resulting blessing of the power of right living!

Jesus is Risen

John 20:1-31
1. Believe in the virgin birth.
2. Yeshua is the Son of God
3. We must believe in the Resurrection
4. Christ Jesus is going to return, He is coming back again.

The resurrection: is not what some call "Karma" ...what goes around comes around or When you die you become one with the earth. Some people believe that when you die you come back as a Spirit; to haunt the living. But in the Bible it says you go either to heaven or hell. Those "ghost" that people believe they are seeing are demons.

Muslims speak about the man when the die for jihad they receive 70 virgins with no mention of what will happen to the woman.

Jews believe we all will be going to heaven because we are all saved.

Why should we believe in the resurrection: Christ spoke about it. In heaven there is no immorality. The only reason you get married is to have sex. Mary Magdalene thought that somebody stole Jesus's body, but the we know that the body was not stolen because the linens that he was wearing was neatly in the cave. The world is a liar and God is the truth...

Jesus showed us that HE is the way the truth and the light. He gives us the promise of a resurrection, believers will rise again. Your life will continue in Christ Jesus...our true protection is in Christ Jesus.

Romans 11:33 - Romans 12:3

33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? 35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? 36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Offence of the Cross

How did we get to the point where we don't take offense of the cross being out?
Chi Rho the first two "greek" letters in spelling of Christ. The cross has become fashionable item. The cross should represent the blood of Jesus who bled and died for you: Drove nails in hands and feet, pieced in the side, crown of thorns on His head. Imagine the cross being a firing squad, and you are innocent of sin or what was accused. Jesus wants us to know that in the cross there is life. A lot of us don't understand the purpose of the cross, that it gives us eternal life. The cross was given to us because it was prophesied that he was going to be on the cross before Jesus was born. When you are being crucified you are naked, when Jesus was crucified he was naked, tried to shame him. He took our shame when He was crucified. Transgressions are sins that you do that you don't know you are doing, when you didn't know any better. Iniquities are sins that you do deliberately. Jesus covered it all. He went through something for me and you. Cross of salvation. Paul preached the cross and Jesus Christ. The cross will set you free. Do you understand what Jesus went through for you?

God the Sanitation Worker (Good Friday)

Pastor John will be examining the Easter story through the vocation of a Sanitation Worker. God is a God who cleans things up (and keeps them clean). Have you ever noticed how much he does that?

“They brought Jesus to the place called Golgotha (which means “the place of the skull”). Then they offered him wine mixed with myrrh, but he did not take it. And they crucified him. Dividing up his clothes, they cast lots to see what each would get.

It was nine in the morning when they crucified him. The written notice of the charge against him read: the king of the Jews.

13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. 14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect: 15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. 16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, 17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. 18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. 19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara's womb:

Is Your Church Full of Immature Brats? - KLPTV.ORG

You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men hold them in subjection [tyrannizing over them. Not so shall it be among you; but whoever wishes to be great among you must be your servant, And whoever desires to be first among you must be your slave— Just as the Son of Man came not to be waited on but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many [the price paid to set them free]."[Matt 20:25-28 (AMP)]

Churches have adult bullies, "know it alls", and trouble makers. They cause arguments, division, and grief for the pastors. They cause fights in the worship band, hurt feelings with the media team, and pressure the leadership with demands and threats. The churches fall into conflict! Because of these issues, many people in our day run away from the church, reject "the traditional church" or judge the pastor. Is that how God wants His disciples to handle situation?

Why Your Pastor Cannot Babysit You - KLPTV.ORG

The constant demand of American adults who expect their pastor to magically keep up with their every need, visit them if they missed a Sunday worship gathering, and personally make them feel good through all issues of life is pathetic. This is NOT want Jesus did when He walked the earth, nor is it what He taught His followers to do.

It really is time for a CHANGE inside the church! Your pastor has bigger things to do. "Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastorsand teachers.12 Their responsibility is to equip God's people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ." [Eph 4:11-12 (NLT)] My friend, stop being a spiritual fan, and take on the responsibility of God's work. The pastor is the coach, not the player. You are.

True Grace, The Key To Successful Christian Living

"Don't misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose. 18 I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God's law will disappear until its purpose is achieved. 19 So if you ignore the least commandment and teach others to do the same, you will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven. But anyone who obeys God's laws and teaches them will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven."(Matthew 5:17-19 NLB) Well, Jude says, "ungodly persons who pervert the grace of our God into lawlessness"contradict (deny or disown) Jesus and put words in His mouth. Grace is not a license to ignore God's written commands!

"For certain men have crept in stealthily [gaining entrance secretly by a side door]. Their doom was predicted long ago, ungodly persons who pervert the grace of our God into lawlessness and wantonness and immorality, and disown and deny our sole Master and Lord, Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One)." [Jude 1:4 AMP]

In the first generation of the church, repentance and the grace of God were already attacked and distorted by false teachers. Remember, our Lord warned us "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing..." [Matt 7:15 (NKJV)]

Acts 13:1-8

Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. 2 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. 3 And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away. 4 So they, being sent forth by the Holy Ghost, departed unto Seleucia; and from thence they sailed to Cyprus. 5 And when they were at Salamis, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews: and they had also John to their minister. 6 And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus: 7 Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God. 8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.

4-2-15 TnT THURSDAYS (MESSAGE)׃ “Do Whatever He Says!“

The key to the power of God is simple, DO WHAT HE SAYS! This principle is illustrated in the story of the wedding in Cana of Galilee. Wonderful message that challenges Christians to dare to act like Jesus acted, live like Jesus lived, and do like Jesus says to do! In light of the events occurring in Indiana and other states today, it is obvious that Christians do not know how to live anything like Christ, and this is why the church sees so little of the power of God today as it has in days past.
