Tim Conway’s Battle with a Plant Will Have You Laughing Out Loud

Tim Conways battle with a plant will have you laughing out loud. The legendary comedian and comedic actor got into quite a physical entanglement with an unexpected foe during a hysterical skit on The Carol Burnett Show. Watch the short but hilarious clip in which Tim battles against a plant (Yes, you read that right). Some people are naturally good with plants and crops. They and their green thumb are seemingly born knowing how much water and sunlight a particular plant or crop needs. They can keep anything alive and thriving, while others arent so great with plants. Anything they do typically ends with the plant shriveling and dying, never to return. A lot of knowledge and skill is required to be a successful gardener and farmer. Even though it may appear to be the case from the outside, someone doesnt just wake up one morning and become an expert gardener. It takes time, energy and work, just like anything else worthwhile in this life. Also, an uproarious clip posted on YouTube points out that caring for a plant takes a fair amount of strength, brute force and physical endurance. In the clip, Tim is a customer at a flower shop, where Carol Burnett plays the proprietor. He is hoping to return and replace a plant, and nothing else. He had picked up a crummy plant, and wants to make an exchange. He claims the plant hates him. Carols character, a bit of an oddball (to put it lightly), addresses the plants as if they were people. She talks to them and even apologizes to them. At first, its unknown why Tim is so adamant about getting rid of the plant he had purchased, but that soon becomes crystal clear. When Carol leaves the room, the massive plant behind Tim becomes alive and physically picks him up as the two of them get into a hilarious physical altercation, where Tim is battling for his life. Neither of them is willing to give an inch in this hysterical clip! Genesis 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, herbs yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit, wherein is the seed thereof, after their kind: and God saw that it was good.

Comedian Spots a Road Sign in Indiana and Turns It into Comedy Gold

A comedian spotted a road sign while in Indiana and turned it into comedy gold. The sign is one that you likely will not see, but the message on it does raise some concerns. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear what was on the road sign and the very important questions and concerns the comedian raised. In a very polarized, divided world, where agreement on anything is hard to come by, comedy is one of the few things universally loved. Who doesnt love to laugh? There are many different kinds of comedy. There is bound to be a type for every taste, preference and sense of humor. However, the best comedy is relatable, and when there is some nugget of truth to the joke. When the subject or topic being mocked or ridiculed is something weve all encountered at some point, everyone can get in on the laughs, making for a much better joke. In a clip posted on YouTube, comedian Aaron Weber recalls the distressing and highly concerning road sign he spotted in northern Indiana. I was in northern Indiana a couple weeks ago, not doing comedy, just sightseeing, he said. And I drove past a prison there. I wasnt going to prison. I didnt know there was a prison around until I saw a sign. This is a real sign, out of nowhere, Medium Security Prison Nearby. Do Not Pick Up Hitchhikers. This raises a lot more questions than it answers. Later in the clip, Aaron pointed out how the signs message is likely to be received. That sign does feel like theyre saying, Look, theyre getting out, alright? And its happened a bunch. Its happening right now. We dont know what to do. Were only a medium security prison. Why dont we put it on yall a little bit? Stop picking em up every time! Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Bob Newhart’s Hysterical ‘Driving Instructor’ Routine Will Have You in Stitches

Bob Newharts hysterical driving instructor routine will have you in stitches. The legendary comedian did his iconic and classic driving instructor bit, and as expected, he brought down the house. Watch the short but uproarious clip to see him perform his funny, side-splitting driving instructor routine. Stand-up comedy has to be one of the hardest, most challenging things to do. Youre up on stage all by yourself, telling jokes and (hopefully) getting laughs. If things on stage dont go according to plan, there is nothing to hide behind or anyone else to blame. Its all on the comedian, and thats a frightening thought for most people. However, despite the difficulties surrounding and involved in stand-up comedy, many ardently pursue it and attempt to make it their entire career. Many have succeeded in the stand-up comedy world, becoming legends. If asked to do so, anyone could rattle off a handful of very successful comedians. One of those names mentioned is likely to be Bob Newhart. In a clip posted on YouTube, Bob does his driving instructor routine. It is precisely as it sounds: Bob is a driving instructor trying to guide someone who has encountered many issues while trying to pass the driving test. The situation he creates and the conversation he has with the woman and everyone else who pops up in the scenario will leave you laughing long after the clip ends. It has to be physically impossible to watch this clip of the late, beloved comedian and not laugh along with the studio audience. Its as funny today as when he first performed it. Another important aspect of this routine and his entire stand-up career was his ability to get people to laugh themselves silly without being crude or using profanity. He was funny and did not have to resort to shock humor to get a laugh. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Comedian Recalls His Hilarious First Day at Movie Theater Job

A comedian recalled his hilarious first day at his movie theater job. The popular funnyman, Jonnie W, mentioned that his first job was working at a movie theater, which didnt start on the right foot. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear what happened to him during his first day of work at the movie theater. Everybody needs money and to figure out a way to make a living. Unless you are born into a wealthy family, receive a large inheritance or are one of those privileged trust fund kids, youll likely be working a 9-to-5. Theres no shame in working. In fact, there is a lot of dignity in working a job, not to mention the sense of accomplishment and self-esteem that comes with it. However, no one starts as the CEO of a company. Most people gain experience working in fast-food restaurants or similar establishments as teenagers. Those positions help develop and build character, a work ethic and that bank account. In a clip posted on YouTube, Jonnie mentions that his first job was working in a movie theater, but it could have started a little better. I was 17 years old, straight out of high school, he said. And theyre like, All right. They got a clipboard. The guys been there six months longer than me at this dumb movie theater job. Hes like, All right, youre new. So, why dont you fill up these straw machines? Fill up these napkin machines, and then get a five-gallon bucket of water and meet me up here. Naturally, Jonnie was a little thrown off by the command to get a large bucket full of water. However, because he was new, he did not question it; instead, he did what he was told. I thought I was going to be mopping floors or something, he said. I get up there, he goes, Youre new. Its your turn to fill up the drinking fountains. Jonnie had fallen victim to a little new-guy hazing. He had just fallen victim to a prank. He understands it was a bad first impression when his manager saw him pouring water down an automatic water fountain. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Nate Bargatze Turns Golfing with His Wife into Comedy Gold

Nate Bargatze turned golfing with his wife into comedy gold. The popular funnyman had an interesting time while out golfing with his better half. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear about Nates golf outing with his wife. Everyone should have a hobby or two. Constantly worrying and being on edge about this or that is not a healthy way to go through life. We all need ways to decompress and escape lifes many stresses and worries, even for just a few hours. Thats one of the many benefits of having a hobby or favorite leisure activity. For many people, that selected hobby is golf. Its understandable why so many people flock to the game. Its quiet, and you dont have to concentrate on anything other than having your club make contact with the ball, sending it toward the hole (hopefully). In a clip posted on YouTube, Nate explains how he thought he would enjoy a nice, relaxing time out with his wife on the greens, but that was not the case. Things quickly got off on the wrong foot. As Nate explains, tee times are very specific in golf. His wife would not make theirs, and then things quickly spiraled from there, leaving Nate having to improvise as he played the next couple of holes. I tee off, Nate said. Its a good shot, goes in the fairway, not a big deal. A lot of people do that. I tee off, then play the next four holes alone with my driver. Do you know how big of a psycho you look like when you go hit every single golf shot with the least versatile club in the bag? Later in the clip, Nate says that his wife found the situation much funnier than he did. She finally showed up and was laughing, he said. I wasnt as thrilled as she thought I should be. You made your husband play four holes alone with his driver. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

The ‘Largest Minority Group'? This Comedian Hilariously Explains

A comedian hilariously explained what he means by the largest minority group. His hysterical explanation will have you laughing from beginning to end. Watch the short but uproarious clip to learn about the largest minority group and how we are all one accident from gaining entry. English is often considered one of the most challenging languages to learn. To use it properly, tons of rules must be learned and grasped. There is seemingly an endless list of rules and specifications regarding the English language. However, this makes it so challenging to pick up, and there are always exceptions to those rules. However, one of the strangest things about English is the contradictory phrases, commonly called oxymorons. Of course, thats when two words that are the complete opposite of one another are used together. For instance, jumbo shrimp, exact estimate, clearly misunderstood and deafening silence, among many others. They sound strange and most certainly are, but we know weve all said and heard them before. In a clip posted on YouTube, comedian Josh Blue mentions one that you may not have heard as much about. Still, it most certainly qualifies as an oxymoron the largest minority group. When he says that, he is referring to the disabled community. The disabled community is the largest minority group on the planet, he said. Because the thing is, they pile us all together. So, if youre blind, get in the pile. If youre deaf, help the blind guy find the pile. If youve got one leg, hop on. Later in the clip, Josh mentions how the largest minority group always welcomes new members and how we are all just one unfortunate accident away from joining the group. The English language is odd, and Josh makes hilarious use of its oddities in this clip. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Carol Burnett and Tim Conway Crack Up in Side-Splitting Skit

Carol Burnett and Tim Conway cracked up in a side-splitting skit. The two comedy legends could not keep it together, making for a classic, iconic skit that will keep you laughing from beginning to end. Watch the short but hysterical clip to see Tim and Carol break character in a skit from The Carol Burnett Show. The Carol Burnett Show is a legendary television program. It is, without a doubt, one of the best, most beloved shows of all time. Due mainly to its all-star cast of Harvey Korman, Vicki Lawrence, Tim Conway and Carol Burnett, its a show that never gets old. No matter how many times you watch those skits, they are never not funny. However, as great and off-the-wall as many of those skits were, the best ones will always be when the cast breaks character. Of course, this often occurred when Harvey and Tim were in skits together. Usually, all Tim had to do to send Harvey into a fit of laughter was to look at him. There were other instances, but not nearly as many, when other castmates broke character. In a clip posted on YouTube, Harvey and Carol play a royal couple who are approached by their loud, whiny, demanding daughter, played by Vicki. The daughter informs her parents that she has found the man she wants to marry, who happens to be Tim. Neither Carol nor Harvey is thrilled with this development. Carol, Harvey and Vickis characters are members of the royal family, and Tim, playing a low-level, hollowed-out military member, is not. They go back and forth, figuring out how this relationship and marriage ceremony will proceed. As they do so, there are tons of laughs all around. Harvey very noticeably breaks character after Tim approaches and looks at him. However, the biggest break in character belongs to Carol and Tim, who both have trouble keeping it together near the end of the skit. This is yet another reason why The Carol Burnett Show is and always will be considered a comedy classic. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

John Crist’s Hysterical Take on Fantasy Football Will Have You in Stitches

John Crists hysterical take on fantasy football will have you in stitches. The funnyman gives his opinion on the popular pastime that starts up every year, coinciding with the start of the NFL season. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear John explain fantasy football and how its more than a little odd. Everyone loves football, right? Thats a generally accepted fact, and personally, I cannot see why anyone would not enjoy the game. Whether its the NFL, college, high school or even pee-wee, football is one of, if not the greatest, sports, and many seemingly cannot get enough of it. Football has become such an obsession for many people that they have even gotten into fantasy football. If youre unfamiliar with fantasy football, a group of friends gets together and forms what they call a league. In these leagues, each person has their team, which is formed by selecting players in the NFL. Then, once those teams are formed, they compete against one another, where a win or a loss is determined by how well those players perform in their actual games on Sunday. It might sound confusing, but its not. It also might sound a little strange, and one could argue that it is, which John does in a clip posted on YouTube. We play fantasy football, thats crazy, he said. First of all, watching football is a fantasy. OK, we cant do it. We watch other guys do it. Fantasy football is a fantasy of the fantasy, cause that team wasnt doing very good, so we created a new fantasy. After taking a shot at Dallas Cowboys fans, John pointed out how one television network even aired a mock fantasy football draft. Like, fellas, how far from reality can we get? he asked. Hes, like, I just picked up Aaron Rodgers! Im, like, Pick up your daughter from school, dude! Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Carol Burnett’s Life Wrecked by Toilet Paper Choice in Hilarious, Off-The-Wall Sketch

Carol Burnett's life was wrecked due to her choice of toilet paper in a hilarious and off-the-wall sketch. Things quickly went from good to horrible for Carol in this classic but zany skit from The Carol Burnett Show. Watch the short but hysterical clip to discover how and why her incorrect choice in toilet paper led to her life unraveling. The Carol Burnett Show is one of television's most iconic and beloved programs. It boasted an all-star cast that included the likes of Vicki Lawrence, Harvey Korman, Tim Conway and, of course, Carol Burnett. Those four are some of the most talented and gifted performers who have ever graced a stage or appeared on television. There was nothing they could not make memorable or funny, so much so that they often broke up one another during the skits. However, as great as those four wereand they very much werethe show's sharp, hysterical writing has to get some of the credit for why the show was so successful and continues to be watched today. Without the writing, the actors would have most likely been standing on stage without anything to say or do. In a clip posted on YouTube, Carol appears in a sketch that many probably didn't see coming at all. It's a bit out of left field, but it still manages to keep you laughing from beginning to end, and at the end of the day, that's all that matters when it comes to comedy. The sketch begins with Carol arriving home from another successful trip to the store. However, as she starts to put away groceries, she discovers whole rolls of toilet paper in odd places. But that isn't all. The toilet paper has messages for her from all of her family members. Essentially, they have all had it with Carol's poor choice of toilet paper and are looking for greener pastures. This sketch is hilarious but still pretty odd. It has to be a parody of a toilet paper commercial that was on then. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

The One Thing Nate Bargatze Can’t Stand at the Doctor’s Office

Nate Bargatze cannot stand this one thing that happens every time he visits the doctors office. It annoys him to no end, and likely many people can relate to Nates frustration. Watch the short but hilarious clip to listen to Nate share what frustrates him about the doctors office. Visiting the doctor is never fun, and even simply going for a yearly checkup is not an enjoyable process. Even if your doctor is super friendly or extremely personable, seeing them is never high on anyones priority list. Who wants to be poked, prodded and shot and then be charged an arm and a leg for it? That is no ones idea of fun, and if it is, well, you probably have a much bigger problem that no medical professional will be able to diagnose and solve. To make matters even worse, you will be asked to complete a large pile of paperwork before seeing the doctor. The documents are very familiar forms because you are asked to complete them every time you visit. It also doesnt matter if youre seeing this doctor for the first time or have been a patient for 20 years. Those forms must be filled out immediately! In a clip posted on YouTube, Nate hysterically shares his frustration and annoyance with having to complete these same forms at the doctors office. He will have you laughing from beginning to end. I like my doctor, he said. The one thing that drives me crazy, every time I go, they, I have to fill the same form out. And Im like, What are yall doing with this form? Last time I said, Let me take it home. Ill take it. I dont know if yall have a fire here every night. He also added that he needs a lot of help filling out these forms because he doesnt know any answers. So, he has to call his wife and even survey family members for help. Matthew 9:12 When Jesus heard it, he said to them, Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.

Comedian Serves Up a Hilarious Guide to Fried Chicken

A comedian served up a hilarious guide to friend chicken. The funnyman Matt Mitchell knows the South, all things southern, including fried chicken, and is here to help. Watch the short but hysterical clip to learn what is and isnt considered fried chicken in the southern part of the United States. Today, reaching a consensus or agreement on any subject, big or small, is essentially impossible. People are incredibly divided on nearly every subject and topic. Someone could point out and say that the sky is blue a universally agreed-upon fact and then youd likely encounter an individual who would swear the sky is red. Often, it feels like many people enjoy being disagreeable, like being contrarian brings them some kind of joy. No matter how divided we may be as a nation, one thing, one activity, is universally loved by all Americans: eating. Youd be hard-pressed to find an American who will pass up a free meal. Food brings us together; many relationships begin with breaking bread with someone. Thats why first dates often involve going out to dinner. However, as much as Americans love food and consuming it, there is some confusion about fried chicken and what does and does not pass for fried chicken. Some people say this is fried chicken, while others may say that this is fried chicken. Thankfully, Matt, a southerner, is here to clear everything up for us and finally say what chicken is, once and for all. Chicken fingers aint fried chicken, Matt begins his lecture on the dish beloved by many. Yes, it is chicken, that is fried, he adds. But the name fried chicken in the South is reserved exclusively for fried chicken thats still got the bone in it. Ok, if you invite a southerner over to your house right now and tell them you got fried chicken, and we show up and we see a bag of Chick-fil-A, were still going to eat it. But just know we were expecting something like Popeyes. He ends the video with hilarious advice to remember and consider when it comes to fried chicken. If it confuses you, just remember: If that thing aint got a built-in grip, then buddy, youre eating a chicken strip. 1 Corinthians 10:31 So then, if it is a question of food or drink, or any other thing, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

John Crist’s Borrowed Car Skit Is Comedy Gold

John Crist's borrowed car skit is pure comedy gold. The popular funnyman will, once again, have you laughing from beginning to end with his take on this common, everyday occurrence. Watch the short, but hysterical clip to see what John does before allowing his significant other to borrow his car. After those two people stand at the altar and exchange vows before their family, friends and God, they are no longer two, but one, as the Bible states. There is no longer mine and yours because those words are essentially erased from the vocabulary. Instead, ours describes everything from that point forward. That's how it's intended to work, anyway. Areas where one spouse feels sole ownership, choosing to keep something to themselves, are fertile ground for heated arguments and disagreements in the future, and no one wants that! For instance, when one person believes a car owned and paid for by both partners is theirs, it will not end well. One person will inevitably get upset or feel slighted in one way or another. Regardless, this exact scenario plays out in marriages all the time. It typically ends with one making snide, cutting comments about the other's lack of attention to detail or their driving ability. In a clip posted on YouTube, John's significant other asks if they can borrow his car. His words indicate that he's completely open to the idea of giving his spouse the keys to his vehicle, but his actions say something completely different. After wholeheartedly and enthusiastically agreeing to his wife's request, John instantly becomes a car rental employee. Much like when renting a vehicle from Hertz or Enterprise, John makes her aware of the vehicle's condition before she assumes control of it. He also manages to fit in a remark about her tendency to return his car with an empty gas tank. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Couples Go All-In on Guessing Games in Hilarious Carol Burnett Show Skit

Two couples go all-in on guessing games in a hilarious Carol Burnett Show skit. They continued playing their game even when it quite literally became a matter of life and death. Watch the short but hysterical clip to see how far the two couples were willing to go with their guessing game. Many people want to believe they have all the answers to every situation. Unfortunately, we all know someone like this. Ironically enough, as they attempt to demonstrate how wise and intelligent they are, they very often display how little they actually know. As the popular old saying goes, it's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt, right? The fact is that none of us has all the answers. So, we have to rely on other means for information, which may even include guessing here and there. Who doesnt love a good guessing game? In a clip posted on YouTube, Carol Burnett, Vicki Lawrence and Tim Conway all participated in a long, drawn-out guessing game. They all continued playing the game even when someones life was on the line. The hysterical clip begins when a character enters a restaurant and quickly reveals that hes in over his head with a bookie. Hes made a bet, lost and cannot pay back his debt. He fears that his life is in immediate danger, but instead of running for shelter, he tries to enjoy a nice dinner with his wife and their friends, another couple. Throughout the skit, he tries to inform his wife, played by Carol, about the potential danger he is in, but fails every time. Instead, everyone is much more concerned with playing a guessing game, utterly oblivious to the life-threatening situations one of their friends has found himself in. They continue playing their game even when things get rather grim for their dinner partner. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Carol Burnett Turns the Tables on Kidnappers in Laugh-Out-Loud Skit

Carol Burnett turned the tables on her kidnappers in a laugh-out-loud skit. The two criminals had no idea what was about to happen to them in this hilariously funny, classic sketch from The Carol Burnett Show. Watch this short but hysterical clip to see what Carol did that had the two kidnappers quickly regretting their move. A big, important part of comedy is figuring out and anticipating an audience's expectations when it comes to a joke, a movie, a television show or even a sketch. Then, once those expectations have been correctly determined, the comedians defy those expectations, going in a completely different direction than what was predicted. The best, most successful comedians and writers do this often and in some really clever ways. This move of defying an audience's expectations is seen in many different places in entertainment, including The Carol Burnett Show. There are dozens of sketches from the iconic, beloved television program that had everyone thinking it was going one direction when it went an entirely different way to great comedic effect. A clip posted on YouTube captures one of those instances in which the show turned the tables on the audience. In the sketch, two criminals, one of whom is played by Harvey Korman, have kidnapped a young woman, a Girl Scout, who Carol plays. Of course, the two men are hoping to hold the young woman for ransom, wishing that their nefarious kidnapping scheme will result in several thousand dollars. However, things don't go according to plan, as everything starts to fall apart relatively early. For starters, Harvey, playing a dimwitted criminal, forgets to even bring his victim into the apartment at first. Then, neither of them anticipated their victim's annoying and bothersome nature. She wears the two criminals down with her off-putting personality and voice, so much so that they would rather jump through a window than spend another second with her. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Comedian’s '10 Commandments of Walmart' Will Have You Laughing Out Loud

A comedian has released his 10 Commandments of Walmart, which will have you laughing out loud. Matt Mitchell has compiled a list of the most important things to know and follow when visiting the popular retailer. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear Matts 10 Commandments of Walmart. In life, we all have to do things we do not like. Its simply a fact, and an accepted part of this journey we call life. Children are allowed to protest, scream, throw a fit and yell about how much they dont want to do this or that. People will accept and even understand when a toddler throws a fit because they dont want to do something; that same tolerance level will not and should not be extended when youre an adult. Regardless, there are still things we absolutely hate doing. Undoubtedly, shopping is one of the worst activities humans regularly engage in. There is no other way to describe it than mind-numbingly awful, and thats being gentle. Now, the situation becomes exponentially worse when the destination is Walmart. A clip posted on YouTube mentions the most important rules to follow during your next Walmart trip. The first commandment Matt mentions concerns a symbol, and many people seem to have forgotten what it means. An arrow shouldnt need to be explained, but if youve been out to Walmart recently, you know it certainly does. People will go any direction they please. Next, Matt mentions the one that gets on my nerves the most. Commandment No. 2, according to Matt, concerns returning your shopping cart. Again, why and how is this so difficult? You use something and you put it back. That doesnt seem like a tricky concept to grasp. Yet, that is one thing Walmart shoppers seem to have difficulty understanding. His other commandments involve blocking the aisles, the proper use of the self-checkout and individuals taking advantage of Walmarts return policy. If we could all follow these policies while shopping at Walmart and everywhere else, visiting retailers would be a much more pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

John Crist as Megachurch Pastor Dreams Up Wild New Revenue Stream

John Crist, while playing a megachurch pastor, has dreamed up a wild new revenue stream for his church. The funnyman announced his hilariously odd plan to bring even more money to his massive church. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear John Crists megachurch pastor character talk about how he plans to enrich his church even more. Comedy and comedians are necessary. Yes, they allow us to turn our brains off and escape our stresses and worries for a few hours. But there is more to it than just being purely for entertainment. Comedy and stand-up comedians point out the oddities and absurdities in life that we might often overlook. The best jokes work because they have an element of truth, no matter how absurd or outlandish. Jokes grounded in even a tiny bit of reality are much better than those without any connection to our world and reality. In a clip posted on YouTube, John, as a megachurch pastor, announces that he has come up with a revolutionary new way of making his church even wealthier. Not only that, but his latest plan will make taking church attendance much easier. In a hilarious skit that closely resembles a television news segment, John, as the pastor of Cornerstone Christian, says that his church will now begin selling personal seat licenses. He indicates that the move was necessary to pay for the updates to the churchs new sanctuary. Obviously, with the renovations to this new sanctuary coming this fall, it costs money, he said. And I think this is really a great way to have an influx of cash into the congregation here. A lot of parents are stressed on Sunday morning, trying to make it to church. Are we going to have, you know, a seat on time? Is there going to be room for us? I think with a personal seat license, obviously, this is an affluent area of town. So, we thought, you know, as a church, why not take advantage of that revenue stream? While John is poking fun at megachurches, you and I both know that some churches have probably seriously considered a similar idea. Mark 11:17 And he taught, saying to them, Is it not written, my house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? But you have made it a den of thieves.
